Chad Faubus


Between February 2018 and July 2018, Chad Faubus hired three contracting companies (a total of 10 workers) to perform landscaping, electrical, and other construction work on his home. Faubus wrote the contractors checks that were all returned for insufficient funds. He then threatened to report the contractors to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement when they asked to be reimbursed for the bounced checks.

Chad Faubus Individual Unavailable Faubus pleaded guilty to one count of fraud by check. Faubus agreed to pay $26,000 in restitution and was sentenced to four years of probations that could be shortened to two years if he fulfills all the terms and conditions. The plea agreement stipulates that if Faubus fails to comply with the conditions of his probation, he would face one to three years in prison.
