On November 13, the Center joined the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health and dozens of other public interest organizations in submitting joint comments to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The comments supported the agency’s proposed Walkaround Representative Designation Process rule and offered recommendations for making it stronger and more effective.
