On May 28, Clean Energy Policy Analyst Dr. Federico Holm submitted public comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regarding greenhouse gas emissions from existing gas turbines at power plants. Dr. Holm commended the agency for its commitment to regulating emissions and its recently announced proposal to make some rules more comprehensive. He went on to offer comments to assist in the further development of this rule.
