Tara Quiñonez is the Operations and Finance Manager at the Center for Progressive Reform. She joined the team in January 2023 after spending over 13 years in the tech world in various operations and finance roles.
In Tara’s previous roles, she managed finances for companies with an annual revenue of over $1 million. This included everything from day-to-day bookkeeping tasks to more strategic budget and project accounting tasks. Her roles also included various HR responsibilities, including managing HR functions for employee and contractor teams of over 150 people. Her operations skills include serving teams in a detailed manner and helping find a cohesive and functional way of ensuring every team member and department can work together and be productive.
Tara is originally from Canada and became a U.S. Citizen in 2017. She feels very passionate about the mission of the Center and is honored and excited to join such an amazing team.
