As of February 28, legislators have introduced 45 Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolutions, including several that were introduced before the specified time cutoffs. As expected, we have started to see some movement around some of the resolutions.
Congress has already voted on four CRA resolutions

Additionally, the House and Senate have placed four more resolutions on the legislative calendar (two in each chamber). In the Senate, S.J.Res.4 is the Senate companion of H.J.Res.20 (“Energy Conservation Standards for Consumer Gas-fired Instantaneous Water Heaters”), and S.J.Res.3 is an Internal Revenue Service rule relating to “Gross Proceeds Reporting by Brokers That Regularly Provide Services Effectuating Digital Asset Sales.”
In the House, in addition to S.J.Res.11, two other CRA resolutions will be up for consideration. H.J.Res.61 targets an EPA rule relating to “National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Rubber Tire Manufacturing.” Finally, H.J.Res.42 targets a rule from the Department of Energy relating to “Energy Conservation Program for Appliance Standards: Certification Requirements, Labeling Requirements, and Enforcement Provisions for Certain Consumer Products and Commercial Equipment.”
So far, resolutions have targeted 22 federal agencies, with the EPA being the most frequent. So far, there are 13 CRA resolutions targeting EPA regulations, and that number is likely to grow in the near future. At a distant second are the DOE (five resolutions), and the IRS with three resolutions.
