DNRB Inc. d/b/a Fastrack Erectors

Description

DNRB Inc. — doing business as Fastrack Erectors — was a subcontractor in the construction of a 300,000-square-foot warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri. Eric Roach, the victim, was working on the roof of the warehouse without any fall protection gear. No fall protection equipment was provided by the company, and the a the foremen failed to enforce the use of fall protection by the employees. While attaching sheet metal to the warehouse roof, Roach fell approximately thirty feet to the ground and was transported to a hospital, where he died the next day.
