On May 6, Policy Analyst Sophie Loeb presented testimony to the North Carolina Utilities Commission. She testified in opposition to Duke Energy Progress and North Carolina Electric Membership Corporation’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a methane gas-fueled combined cycle electric generating facility in Person County.
