On February 17, Senior Policy Analyst Bryan Dunning submitted testimony to the Maryland House of Delegates Environment and Transportation Committee in opposition to HB 0674. The bill would require the Maryland Public Service Commission to engage in an electricity generation cost study based on faulty assumptions and could open the door to misguided policy changes based on modeling assumptions that are divorced from reality.
Dunning submitted similar testimony to the Maryland State Senate on SB 0270.
