On February 24, Senior Policy Analyst Bryan Dunning submitted testimony to the Maryland House of Delegates Environment and Transportation Committee on HB 0940. The bill is designed to address issues related to the speed of bringing needed electricity online to meet the demands of so-called “large load” customers and common sense safeguards around the cost and reliability questions created by the proliferation of large load facilities. Dunning’s testimony supports the legislation.
