Center for Progressive Reform Program Consultant and Maryland Policy Analyst Bryan Dunning testified in support of Maryland House Bill 731, which would reform the Strategic Infrastructure Development and Enhancement (STRIDE) program to better promote the safety and reliability of natural gas infrastructure in the state and align the program with Maryland’s climate pollution reduction goals.
