On November 8, Member Scholar Emily Hammond gave testimony to the House Small Business Committee on the value and impacts of the Department of Energy’s rules, including key energy efficiency rules. They emphasized the careful rulemaking process that agency staff follow, as well as the department’s engagement with manufacturers and other businesses, including small businesses.
