On January 14, the Center joined the Sierra Club and the Chesapeake Climate Action Network in joint technical comments to the Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC). Overall, the comments supported the PSC’s proposed regulations to end methane gas line extension allowances but urged several changes to the proposal.
