On November 10, Member Scholar Michael C. Duff joined several other legal scholars in submitting joint comments to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The comments supported the agency’s proposed Walkaround Representative Designation Process rule and reinforced the reasoning and legal authority underlying the rule.
