On September 3, the Center joined several other public interest organizations in filing a limited protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The protest filing addressed four aspects of PJM Interconnection’s proposed Interim Resource Adequacy Service and Large Load Registry (or IRAS Filing).
