On July 28, the Center joined the Upgrade Maryland coalition in joint comments responding to the Maryland Public Service Commission’s draft regulations implementing certain sections of the state’s Next Generation Energy Act. The response includes “redline” changes to the draft regulations, as well as overarching questions and concerns.
