On January 30, the Center joined several other public interest organizations in comments to the Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC). Focused on Washington Gas Light Company’s (WGL) compliance filing under the state’s Next Generation Energy Act, the comments urge the commission to pause work on any projects that have not broken ground until completing a full review of WGL’s 2026 project list and STRIDE 3 plan.
