On September 18, the Center for Progressive Reform submitted comments and signed on to joint comments on the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs’ “ecosystems services” guidance. “Ecosystems services” refers to the value of all the benefits that ecosystems provide, including to the natural environment, nearby communities, and local, state, and national economies.
