The Center for Progressive Reform joined a coalition of organizations urging Maryland Governor Larry Hogan and the Maryland Energy Administration to withdraw a recently announced $9.25 million grant program for expanding methane gas infrastructure across the state. Methane is a potent climate pollutant and poses indoor environmental health hazards.
