On October 9, Senior Policy Analyst Bryan Dunning submitted comments to the Maryland Department of the Environment supporting several provisions of the state’s Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS). Dunning notes that the BEPS regulations “are consistent with Maryland law and policy priorities, serve to meaningfully reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the state, advance energy efficiency, and serve to advance positive public health outcomes.”
