On September 16, Senior Policy Analyst Catalina Gonzalez submitted public comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in support of California’s request for a Clean Air Act waiver for its Advanced Clean Fleets regulations. These standards would be stronger than those currently in place on the federal level.
