Comments to the U.S. EPA on Proposed Rule on Climate Emissions from Power Plants

On August 8, Clean Energy Policy Analyst Federico Holm and Senior Policy Analyst James Goodwin submitted public comments on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed rule to reduce climate pollution from power plants. The proposed rule would also repeal the weak Trump-era “Affordable Clean Energy (ACE) Rule.”
