Bryan Dunning is a senior policy analyst at the Center for Progressive Reform. He joined in February 2024 to work on environmental and energy policy in Maryland and to advance the principles of environmental justice.
Prior to joining the Center, Mr. Dunning worked with the Maryland League of Conservation Voters on policy matters pertaining to energy and climate change in the state of Maryland, and before that, at the Department of Justice where he wrote agency determinations and advised on regulatory interpretations pertinent to the department’s decision making process.
Mr. Dunning received his J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the George Washington University’s Milken School of Public Health.
