The Center for Energy Education and the Center for Progressive Reform joined North Carolina clean energy allies, advocates, and community members for the second annual rural clean energy convening on Thursday, November 13 in Roanoke Rapids. They discussed challenges and opportunities for an equitable and just clean energy transition in North Carolina’s rural communities.
