On April 2, the Center joined the Sierra Club Maryland Chapter and the Chesapeake Climate Action Network in testimony to the Maryland House of Delegates Environment and Transportation Committee. The testimony opposes ineffective legislation that would cherry-pick data on electricity generation in the state and diverge from longstanding industry and policymaking practices.
