On March 3, Senior Policy Analyst Bryan Dunning submitted testimony to the Maryland House of Delegates Environment and Transportation and Appropriations Committees on a bill related to the state’s Strategic Energy Investment Fund and Climate Change Programs. The testimony supports the bill, HB 1040, which directs that a portion of the Maryland Strategic Energy Investment Fund (SEIF) is to be allocated for a suite of programs that will reduce the impact of climate change in Maryland.
