On February 10, the Center joined several other public interest organizations in written testimony to the Maryland Senate Education, Energy, and the Environment Committee. The groups expressed opposition to SB 371, a bill that would weaken oversight of polluting concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) and endanger Maryland’s water quality and public health.
