On February 11, the Center joined several other public interest organizations in written testimony to the Maryland House of Delegates Environment and Transportation Committee. The groups expressed opposition to HB 395, a bill that would weaken oversight of polluting concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) and endanger Maryland’s water quality and public health.
