On January 14, the Center joined the Upgrade Maryland coalition and several other public interest organizations in joint comments to the Maryland Public Service Commission. The comments support the commission’s proposed regulations to end methane gas line extension allowances and urge the commission to move forward with the rules in order to protect Maryland ratepayers and the environment.
