On September 16, the Center joined dozens of other public interest organizations in a letter to members of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. The letter urged support for and passage of the Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal (FAIR) Act, H.R. 5350 and S. 2799. Signatories noted that the bill would give workers, consumers, servicemembers, ordinary investors, small businesses, and others the freedom to seek accountability in court when they are harmed.
