On September 2, the Center for Progressive Reform joined the Maryland League of Conservation Voters and Earthjustice in joint comments to the Maryland Public Service Commission. The organizations urged the commission and the state to act quickly to take advantage of federal tax credits for renewable energy and storage before they expire due to the damaging federal reconciliation law (H.R. 1).
