On May 16, Member Scholars William Andreen, Alejandro Camacho, Robert Glicksman, Emily Hammond, Justin Pidot, Melissa Powers, Daniel Rohlf, and Sandra Zellmer joined other legal scholars in comments to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The focus was the agency’s proposal to rescind the definition of “harm” under the Endangered Species Act, and the scholars strongly urged FWS and NOAA to withdraw the proposal.
