On March 21, Center for Progressive Reform Policy Director James Goodwin joined the Coalition for Sensible Safeguards for a webinar on the Congressional Review Act (CRA). James and other panelists explored how the CRA, already a problematic law, is being undermined in the current session of Congress and how these abuses could significantly broaden the scope of the CRA to repeal agency rules and other agency actions.
Panelists discussed the CRA provisions being undermined, the consequences of these abuses, and how to engage on this critical issue.
