The Center for Progressive Reform and Governing for Impact are monitoring the Trump administration’s implementation of Project 2025, tracking the authoritarian blueprint’s executive action proposals across 20 federal agencies.
The Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 is the conservative movement’s blueprint for weakening our government and building an authoritarian presidency. To monitor the Trump administration’s regulatory and other administrative actions toward that goal, and in partnership with Governing for Impact, we’re tracking Project 2025’s executive action proposals across 20 federal agencies. These actions will have devastating consequences for workers, the environment, public health, and the rights of millions of Americans.
To start, we have compiled a list of all the executive branch policies proposed in Project 2025 (with a focus on domestic policy), available here. Over the next four years, we’ll continue tracking how the Trump administration is implementing Project 2025 on a periodic basis and update the resource accordingly.
More immediately, we’ll be tracking Project 2025’s rollbacks of key environmental, climate, and public safety policies in closer to real-time, available in the embedded tracker below. This embedded feature works best on a computer. Click here to access the tracker directly.
People want to know what Project 2025’s extreme authoritarian agenda will mean for them and their neighbors as it is implemented rapidly across the country.
