CPR's Crimes Against Workers Database

Welcome to CPR's first of-its-kind Crimes Against Workers Database, which offers detailed information about state criminal cases and grassroots advocacy campaigns against employers responsible for workers being killed, maimed, or seriously injured on the job. You'll also find links to Google Drive folders with source materials, and to Good Jobs First Violation Tracker results. Search now.

Help Us Grow the Database. We plan to expand the database as we discover new cases and gather new information and materials. You can help us by notifying us of new incidents or additional information about incidents already in the database. Contact Katie Tracy.

Disclaimer: Before you begin your search below, please review the database terms and conditions.

Quick Search Tip: Enter keyword(s) below to search all incidents in the database at once. You can also narrow your search using the Advanced Search Options. Note: You can select multiple states, incident types, or category of criminal offense. You may also narrow your search by selecting cases with one or more types of resources to get cases with only those resources available.
